Amanda M. Craig, RMT

Amanda is a registered massage therapist who has a strong background in kinesiology and anatomy, which she studied at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay Ontario. After that Amanda got her massage therapy diploma, there she was awarded Valedictorian for her graduating class of 2014. Her treatments focus on relaxation and balance through therapeutic Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, myo-fascial release techniques and more.

Massage therapy can be very beneficial as massage can help increase circulation, range of motion, while at the same time help decrease muscle tension and stress. Massage therapy has been proven to help treat various health related conditions such as, tension headaches, carpal tunnel syndrome, fibromyalgia, constipation, and more. Massage can also increase recovery time, completely eliminate pain symptoms, and help realign muscles when dealing with soft tissue and overuse injuries like, sprains, strains, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, just to name a few. Amanda looks forward to helping people with their healthcare goals and believes massage therapy is a great way to relax, rejuvenate, and heal the body!
